How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage Maintainly accounts.
• Organize properties, units, tenant invitations, and maintenance requests.
• Show request history and communication between landlords, tenants, and property managers.
• Send email and push notifications related to invites, maintenance requests, messages, and status updates.

Maintainly does not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the app, provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and the service.

• Other users in your Maintainly organization, such as landlords, tenants, or property managers connected to the same property or request.

Photos and Request Content

Users may upload photos and messages as part of maintenance requests. These materials are used to document and manage repair issues and may be visible to users who have access to the related request or organization.

Push Notifications

Maintainly may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. Push tokens are used only to deliver app-related notifications, such as request updates, messages, and test notifications.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Maintainly, maintain request history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Maintainly is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your Choices

You may update account information in the app where available, disable push notifications through your device settings, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
